If you can remember late last week and early this week the Eastern third of the country was experiencing a major heat wave. That heat wave is no longer taking place, as a large trough have pushed through out of the North. This is not a major freeze, but since the temperatures were so warm, this cool down is rather significant. Highs over the next several days will be 20° to 25° cooler. We are not the only ones that are feeling like fall!
