Staying Dry!

The low humidity will continue across the area for the next several days. The reason why we are so dry is an area of high pressure over Southwestern Texas. The air flow around this high pressure is clockwise, and that is creating a nice Northwesterly flow across our area. It's also keeping the tropical moisture well to the South. As long as this pattern stays in place, the rain chances will remain minimal. Storm chances do enter the forecast for the end of the weekend as the tropical moisture slowly increases across the area.
