It's Beginning to Feel Like Fall!

The jetstream continues to be very active across the United States, which is very typical of this time of the year. The cold air is on the move out of Canada, so cold fronts every couple of days tend to be the norm. We're watching a back door cold front slide across the region tonight, and this will provide unseasonably cooler temperatures for Thursday afternoon. The average highs for this time of the year are in the lower 70s. We'll see the mid to upper 60s and low to mid 70s for Thursday.
A warming trend will take us through the weekend; however, lurking across the Pacific Northwest is another disturbance that will drop another boundary our direction by Monday. Look for additional showers and storms for late Sunday night into Monday.
