The Raging Arkansas River


July has just begun, and the river water levels are out of control across the area. 40/29 Storm Chaser Brian Emfinger took these pictures of the Arkansas River at the Ozark Lock and Dam. The river is raging at this point, and has crested over the flood level of 357 feet. The river is now at 357.16 ft.
