8:15 P.M. Update
Our upper level low continues to dig across the southern plains. Right now it's located over I-35 near Ardmore. This low will continue to dig and move across eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas tonight.
Right now snow has developed on the east side of the low across NE OK and NW AR. We did receive a report of heavy snow over Vian in western Sequoyah county. Throughout the next couple of hours we'll expect the snow to move in across the entire area.
Benton and Carroll counties could receive more than 7 inches of snow by tomorrow morning. Most of NW AR will likely see around 6 inches of snow; the River Valley could pick up between 2 and 4 inches; however, locally higher amounts will be possible in the upper elevations throughout Logan county.
