Already Record Breaking........
The record high for this date in Fayetteville is a mild 65 degrees. At 10 a.m., Fayetteville broke the record with a temperature of 66 degrees, and will likely top out over 70 this afternoon.
Fort Smith is sitting at 69 this morning, just below the record of 73 set back in 1956. Fort Smith should easily break that record later this afternoon. Regardless of records, the warm southerly winds have made the area feel like spring again, but that may evolve into severe weather for tomorrow.
Make sure to watch meteorologist Ted Zarras tonight at 5:30 and 10 for the latest on Monday's severe weather potential.
